Application:

Zinc powder is used for cementation during extraction of non-ferrous and precious metals.
Zinc powder is introduced into protective paint materials (primers and paints) for painting ships, bridges and other structures operating in harsh atmospheric conditions. Coatings containing a mixture of zinc powder and zinc oxide have good anti-corrosion properties.
Zinc powder is used in the chemical industry as a filler, in the production of fluoroplastic and other polymers, and lubricants.
Zinc dust is used in the production of rare and precious metals. Zinc Powder displaces gold and silver from cyanide solutions.

Packaging and storage:

Zinc powder is light gray or grey. Zinc powder is packaged in special sealed containers: metal containers, drums made according to design documentation from the manufacturer, and flasks in accordance with GOST 5799 type FS or FSTs or according to GOST 5037 type FA or FL.
Zinc powder is produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12 601 class B, grade-PTs6.
