Production cycle:
- Mining of copper-molybdenum ores;
- Enrichment by flotation method with the production of copper concentrate and molybdenum by-product;
- Smelting into copper matte;
- Converting of copper mattes with the production of blister copper;
- Fire refining of blister copper with casting into anodes;
- Electrolysis of anode copper with the production of cathode copper and slime.
Application:
Cable and wire products, production of copper-based alloys, electrical engineering, copper pipes, automotive, roofing, etc.
Form and packaging:
Cathodes 820 mmx850 mmx10 mm packed in bags tied with steel tape up to 1.5 t.
Grade M00k, Cu — 99,99%
Grade M0k, Cu — not less 99.97%
Grade M1k, Cu — not less 99.95%
Copper cathodes are produced in accordance with the requirements of State Standard 546 "Copper cathodes. Technical specifications", on chemical the composition must correspond to copper grades M00k, M0k, M1k.
